Found objects, ink, and acrylic
2-3/4”h x 2-3/4”w x 2.-3/4”d
These works use found paint jars from an abandoned school in New Mexico as their nucleus. The paintings on the lids refer to the jars’ paint colors. Inside each jar are additional found objects like the dried orange peels in this piece. The wood outside the jar was salvaged from a discarded door. The works can be hung as art or as an ornament.
